Ticket service


AMUZ’s ticket service offers their expertise in order to ensure smooth ticket sales. Whether you are organising an entire concert series or a one-off performance, you can always count on the ticket service at AMUZ for the sale of tickets and subscriptions for your performances. We would like to receive the information to start ticket sales for an activity at least 5 days before the start date.

As well as buying tickets via phone or email, your audience can also purchase tickets using our online ticket service which is available 24/7 via this website.

Reservations can be made by phone on this number: +32 (0)3 292 46 69. Orders which are placed via email at tickets@amuz.be will be processed within two working days.

Online tickets can also be purchased via this website. If you opt for numbered tickets, the customer can choose their seat on the seating plan when ordering. Payment of the tickets can be made by Bancontact, credit card or by bank transfer. The tickets can be sent by post or as an e-ticket (pdf with an email). Shipping costs of €2,00 will apply to customers who chose postal delivery in Belgium.

AMUZ charges €2,00 commission per ticket issued. You are required to pay 2.5% transaction costs for the amounts paid by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or bancontact). In addition, you will also pay a start-up cost: €100 excluding VAT. This also ensures that an AMUZ staff member will man the ticket desk one hour before the start of your concert or event on the day.

Within a month after the end of the event, we will send you the invoice and – after the receipt of your invoice – the money received minus the fees. This will be transferred into the account of the organiser. If you wish, we can send an address list of those who attended afterwards.
